  6. This is a scenario for two players.
  7. Player One (Blue) begins at the bottom,
  8. player two (red) starts at the top.
  9.  
  10. Each player begins with a construction
  11. base, refinery, power plant, barracks,
  12. 3 silos and 2 gatling base defences.
  13.  
  14. The bases are each situated on a small
  15. amount of oil. However, there is plenty
  16. of oil on the east of the map near the
  17. river, and a bit in some other places
  18. which you'll have to find for yourself
  19.  
  20.  
  21. Tech level is maximum so you can use
  22. whatever instruments of destruction
  23. you wish against your foe.
